Sequences of housing (Bachelor Thesis)

The concept of this project is to build a residence estate with a minimum possible excavation of the land, or in other words its a continuation of the popularly named project „Sun City“ from which we will only use the traffic system. It is planed to built two levels under the normal street level which will be suitable for living, so that the tenants will have a broad view and also the closest approach from their homes to the parking space. Simply said, instead of roof the residence quarters will have a street which will ensure appropriate sound and thermal isolation.
This project was named as a revolutionary solution by the professional jury.
